Do I need to consult my doctor before beginning One & Done workouts?

My sister recently recommended to me One and Done workouts. I immediately grew fond of the quick exercises and the healthy habits that come with the system. Do I need to first consult my doctor before starting the training, or can I jump straight into it without much fuss?

It is not necessary, unless you have underlying conditions that you might be concerned about. It is always helps to chat to a healthcare professional if there is anything you are unsure of. By and large, the One & Done workouts are safe for all ages and body types. They are quick and easy and I am sure you will feel amazing after!
