My wife recently gave birth to our son and gained a significant amount of baby weight. She has a chubby figure as a result of eating for two. She wishes to slim down and appear more petite. However, I'm unsure if she's recovered enough strength to work out in a gym with her postpartum body. Is the one-and-done workout suitable for her body type?
