Is the One and Done workout program suitable for all body types?

My wife recently gave birth to our son and gained a significant amount of baby weight. She has a chubby figure as a result of eating for two. She wishes to slim down and appear more petite. However, I'm unsure if she's recovered enough strength to work out in a gym with her postpartum body. Is the one-and-done workout suitable for her body type?

Yes it is! The program has been specifically designed for women over 40, but can work for new moms too. The workouts are only 7 minutes long, involving safe, high-intensity but low-impact training. These movement can help your wife to get lean and toned. I would definitely recommend this program!
