Is working out 7 minutes a day enough to make a difference?
Is working out 7 minutes a day enough to make a difference?
Asked 2 years ago
I'm a busy consultant who sits at a desk the whole day so I usually have no time to work out during the day. I'm concerned that I'm not getting the exercise I need. My husband suggested doing daily 7 minute workouts to help with my fitness. Is working out just 7 minutes a day really enough to make a difference?

Yes, it is. The 7-minute workout is specifically designed for busy professionals who are not getting their exercise needs. It is a high-intensity interval training routine that targets all the major muscle groups of the body and help you to lose weight, stay fit, build cardiopulmonary endurance, and whatever else you need.
