How many times can I do 7-minute S.I.T. workouts in a day?

I recently enrolled in the One & Done training program. I've been eager to begin the workouts, particularly the one for losing excess belly fat. These workouts will undoubtedly become part of my daily routine. I'm afraid I'll become obsessed with them and do more than I should. Is it harmful to exercise for more than 7 minutes per day?

It is only necessary to do the One and Done workouts once a day. The key exercises target your major muscle groups and is excellent for supporting weight loss, while also improving your metabolic health. You will definitely feel the effects of this workout without wanting, or needing to do more. Overdoing your workouts can put unnecessary strain on your joints, and might put you off wanting to exercise. Less is best!
