Running has helped me become more active since entering menopause. I've noticed that I'm losing weight, but it's been a slow process. I've been looking for a home workout system to do when I can't go outside in the winter. I want to try S.I.T. exercises, but I'm wondering if I should add weights to help speed up the weight loss.
