How long do I have to follow the One and Done workout program before seeing results?

I recently began following the One and Done workout routine after being inspired by my mother's incredible transformation. I intend to exercise as much as possible to achieve the best results using the same strategy. However, I don't want to train for long before seeing any results. How long should I stick to the program for the best results?

The One and Done Workout program is very effective when done consistently. You will start seeing results in just 7 days. In 4 weeks, you would have lost a significant amount of weight. Stick to the program for at least 8 weeks time to achieve the best results using the same strategy. The longer you follow the program, the more the weight you will lose. The results are also dependent on how closely you follow the program.
