Can I use my furniture to help do S.I.T. workouts?

I want to resume my fitness training, but I've lacked the confidence to join my local gym. I lead a hectic life working from home and want to start a fitness program right before work. My husband insisted that I try One & Done's S.I.T. plan, but I'd like to know if I can get toned assisted by my furniture.

Yes! Firstly, I agree with your husband. The One & Done's S.I.T. workout plan will work great for you, and fit easily into your busy schedule, you just need 7 minutes! Using a chair, wall or table (even your bed!) with your workouts is perfectly fine. These will help you to hold your postures and stay balanced if you feel a bit unsteady on your feet.
