This year, my sister wants us to start working out together. She was excited to try out some quick, easy workouts. I've been looking for short exercises for us, and the One & Done training system has impressed me the most. However, do I need to supplement the 7-minute workouts with other activities to achieve the best results?

The One and Done training system is specifically designed to work your whole body, without needing to supplement with other exercises. It includes key exercises that target your major muscle groups using only your body weight, a chair, or a wall, for extra support. This workout combines strength, endurance, and aerobic training into a really easy-to-do workout. But, if you like to do other exercises that is not part of the One and Done, that is entirely up to you and how you like to move your body!
