Will working out with the One and Done program help me gain strength and stamina?

I work in construction and was recently released from the hospital. I've been looking for simple exercise plans to help me get stronger before hitting the gym with weights. I'm looking for a workout routine to help me build stamina and power for work. Is the One and Done plan an ideal option for me?

The One and Done Workout is a short exercise program of just 7 minutes, so it will not tire you out too much. Although it is power-packed with routines using the SIT (sprint interval training) techniques, it is made up of simple exercise plans that are low-impact and easy to follow. These seven minutes of exercise per day, add up over time to burn calories, tone your body, and build stamina. Be consistent and you will soon find yourself strong enough to hit the gym with weights.
