Can I gain muscle mass if I regularly follow the One and Done program?

Asked a year ago

I've struggled with my weight for a while and have tried dieting. I've tried a few different diets with varying degrees of success, but I've noticed that I lose muscle mass when I diet. My friend recommended that I try the One and Done program, but I wonder if it will help me build back muscle. Is this program right for me?

The combination of a healthy diet and regular exercise can help you lose weight. However, dieting without doing any exercise can lead to some muscle loss along with fat. The One and Done program helps builds muscle and tone your body. This exercise program makes use of your own body weight to create the needed resistance for strength training.
