Can the One and Done workouts help reduce my belly fat?

I've heard a lot about the One and Done workouts and I'm wondering if they can help me reduce my belly fat. I’m a 46 year old woman and my belly fat has been difficult to get rid of. Would the workouts help?

Yes, they would. Studies have shown that HIIT (which is what the one-and-done workouts are) can lead to reduced visceral fat. However, in addition to exercising, it is important to also maintain a healthy diet to reduce belly fat and observe tangible results.
