Will the 7 minute workouts cause overuse injuries?

I'm in my 40s and I've been doing the one and done program for a month now. I love that the 7 minute workout is a great way for me to do a full body workout but I do have a small concern. Would doing these types of intensive exercises cause overuse injuries?

In my opinion, I don't think that the 7-minute workouts could cause overuse injures. These types of injuries would usually result from overtraining, or repetitively using the same parts of the body. These workouts are short and full body, so you would not be overworking a particular part of your body. If this is a concern, then I would recommend only doing the workout once and day and doing at a pace you are comfortable with.
