Can I complete One & Done's S.I.T workouts without the help of a trainer?
Can I complete One & Done's S.I.T workouts without the help of a trainer?
Asked 2 years ago
I have a hectic schedule with my new job, and I need more time to go to the gym. I've been looking for simple, quick exercises between tasks. My friend suggested doing S.I.T. workouts. I only have a little experience with exercise routines and am afraid they will become too complex. Is a trainer necessary?

The S.I.T workouts are very easy to follow, without any complicated moves. It is designed to be an at-home workout system, that is low-impact and high reward. Since you're so busy at your new job, you would only need to dedicate 7 minutes to the S.I.T workout. So no, you don't need a trainer. You can also watch the tutorials online for each key movement, to make sure you're doing it correctly.
