I don't like to exercise. Will the 7 minute workouts work for me?

I really hate exercise, especially when it is too long, but I know I need to do it for my health. I have heard about the 7 minute workouts, and I am curious if they will work for me. For someone who doesn't like exercising, would this program be ideal for me?

The seven minutes workout is a high-intensity routine that targets all the major muscle groups in the human body. Consequently, it is very effective, although the time is short. It is the ideal exercise routine for anyone who hates exercise but can stay focused or motivated for seven minutes at a time.
