Do I need to wear shoes when working out at home?

I recently started doing the 7 minute workouts at home. I'm not sure if I should be wearing shoes or not since I'm working out from home. Does it really matter if I'm shoeless while doing these workouts?

A lot depends on the kind of exercises in your workout routine. With the 7-minute workout, the focus is on all the major muscle groups and not just your legs, so there isn't much pressure on the foot. Also, training barefoot generally improves joint positioning and ankle stability.
