Would exercising frequently help with my lifespan?
Would exercising frequently help with my lifespan?

Just like the question asks! I am 49 and I want to start prioritizing my health! Does it actually help? I know this may sound a bit cheesy, but I really do want to give myself the best shot at a good and fulfilling life.

Regular exercises, such as cardio and SIT training, when done moderately but consistently, have been associated with increasing life expectancy by several years. Regular physical activity canrreduces the risk of many diseases and conditions, while improving your quality of life dramatically. Staying active keeps our heart healthy and can reduce the risk of developing heart disease risk factors, such as obesity, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.
