Is it better to workout in the morning or evening?

I want to start doing the 7 minute one and done workouts but I'm not sure what time is the best to work out. I know a lot of my friends like exercising in the morning to help them start the day, while my father in law likes working out in the evening. I was wondering whether there is any difference between whether I work out in the morning or evening. Does it matter?

There are benefits and drawbacks to exercising in the morning or exercising in the evening. Consequently, when you exercise will depend on your schedule and your individual preference. You should go ahead and choose what works for you based on your lifestyle and schedule.
