What’s the best way to stay hydrated during a workout?

I’ve been doing my one and done exercises and wanted to know what’s the best way to hydrate while I do the workouts. Do I need special electrolytes or is water just fine?

Your hydration needs depend on the duration and intensity of the exercise, exercise environment (wet or dry), body weight, and rate of sweating. Generally, you should drink water before, during, and after exercise. However, if you sweat a lot during workouts or exercise in hot or humid conditions, you may need to replenish electrolytes with sports drinks or electrolyte supplements.
