Will doing the 7-minute workout help with menstrual cramps?

I'm 28 years old and I experience difficulty with menstrual cramps during that time of the month. I have heard that exercising can help to alleviate the pain, but since I don't have a lot of time to work out during the day, I was wondering if the 7-minute workout could also be effective.

While exercise may not cause tremendous benefits when menstruating, there is no assurance that the 7-minute workout will reduce menstrual cramps. Instead, high-intensity exercise improves cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, and overall health. Before starting a new exercise regimen, you may need to contact your healthcare provider to know if the workout plan is the best for you.
