Is it true that you can increase your metabolism after 40?

Hi folks! I’m 42 years young and I’ve been doing the one and done program for a few weeks now. I want to keep exercising and help increase my metabolism, but I am not 100% sure whether it can be improved at my age. Any answers would be great! Have a great day everyone.

I love your positive attitude! And yes, keep on with those exercises! It is one of the most important things you can do to increase your metabolism after 40. Staying physically active becomes more vital as we age, slowing down the loss of muscle mass that comes with age. Going for walks or doing regular exercise routines such as the One and Down workouts minutes can make a real difference.
