Is it ok to have a cheat meal while I work out?

Hello all. I've been doing the one and done exercises this month and it's been helping me a lot. I've changed my diet and everything but I really miss having some pizza. Is it ok to have a cheat meal once in a while? I don't know how long I can go without my pizza!

The key, rather than total abstinence, is moderation and balance. Ensure you eat a healthy and balanced diet every day, and then you can indulge occasionally.
