Do I need to drink water while working out?

I'm still a newbie when it comes to fitness so I have a question about hydration. I know drinking water is important for your overall health, but sometimes I don't like drinking water during a my workout. Is it important that I do?

Yes, water while exercising is definitely essential, so that you can replace the fluids that are lost while you work up a sweat. This facilitates a healthy body function, greatly reduces the risk of heat stress by regulating your body temperature, and will maintain your performance levels for your One & Done 7-minute workout. Good hydration is key, before, during, and after exercising. You may struggle to perform at a higher level if you are not properly hydrated. Since you don't like drinking water during a workout, make sure you drink enough before you start, and take smaller sips during. It doesn't have to be big gulps. :)
