Does exercise help you look younger

Asked a year ago

I've heard that regular exercise can help you look younger, but I'm not sure if that's just a myth or if there's any truth to it. Can it really help?

Exercise does a great thing of keeping your skin your skin soft and glowing. With regular exercise, your skin could be cleared from impurities more often, thanks to the sweat you'll be working up. Workouts, such as sprint interval training improves your metabolism, strength, stamina, sleep quality, as well as flexibility and mobility. All of which are conducive to looking and feeling younger than you would if you were sedentary. Another interesting piece of information is that exercising can increase the production of human growth hormone ( natural serum). This means that you will produce new cells, making your skin look more youthful. Just another great reason to get on the Once and Done workouts!
