How can I stay motivated to exercise regularly?

Hello! I’m a 40 year old woman and I have been doing the one and done workouts for a month now. My problem is that I have been struggling to stay motivated to exercise regularly. How do you stay motivated when you're feeling tired or unmotivated?

  2. Focus on the benefits
  3. Follow a strict exercise routine (time and place)
