Do I need to change my diet to get better results from the One & Done program?

Asked a year ago

My mom convinced me to join the One and Done program. I have been enjoying the quick exercises right before I start my day. However, I haven't made any changes to my eating habits, and I fear that may slow down my weight loss journey. Is it necessary to completely change my diet to get the best results with the program?

The One and Done workout program is very effective in boosting calorie burning and weight loss. But you can never out-train a bad diet. Although there is no need to make drastic changes to your diet or eating habits, you do need to eat the right foods to get the best results with the program. If you are over 40 years of age, then check out Meredith Shirk's Metaboost Connection for a complete nutrition program.
