Should I cut off starchy vegetables from my diet to lose weight?

Asked 2 years ago

I live in an area where potatoes are the most readily available carb source. It's a daily part of my family's dinner routine. However, I recently discovered that I am diabetic and obese. My doctor advised me to prepare my meals for weight loss, and I'm wondering if I should completely eliminate starchy vegetables from my diet.

Eliminating certain foods from your diet may leave you deficient in vital body nutrients. Instead, you can limit the portions of starchy vegetables you take per time. Rather than eliminate food, the best weight loss plans suggest healthier alternatives. Not sure how to draft a meal plan? Let Trim Down Club do the hard work for you.
