Can the 7 minute exercise improve my VO2 max?

I'm in my 30s and I really want to improve my VO2 max. As someone who is really busy during the day, I don't have a lot of time to work out. I am considering starting the 7 minute workouts as they would fit into my busy schedule, and I am curious if they would be a good option to help improve my VO2 max.
