    Create your diet plan and pay attention to the alternate choices for each meal. Trust me - you WILL lose weight! This is the best diet plan I have found and I have tried so many over the years. If I do get hungry I turn to the foods that are 'unlimited' like tomatoes and cucumbers (which I love anyway). I have currently lost 14 lbs and I am sticking with it!
