    Hi, Keith. I'm glad to see you here and wish you much success. You can read up on what to eat in our main program guide, which you can download through the "My Guides" link in the toolbar near the top of each site page. For how much to eat, you can use your menu plans here as examples; when you click on the "Exchange View" button above the menu, you can see the exchanges allotted to you, which are similar to those used by diabetes associations around the world. Note that you don't have to break the bank to make this plan work for you. As long as you use relatively whole, minimally processed foods without artificial ingredients, you will be benefiting. There is no need to worry about expensive ingredients - they are simply a recommendation. You may find our articles on the topic helpful - and I'm glad to read that you're taking walks. To complement that cardio, I recommend adding a core program like Warrior Made ( It targets belly fat and takes the strain off your back.
