Hi, Chiharding. No, those challenges are not currently going on, but they may not have suited you if you are looking to dive in (they are more for easing you into the program gradually).
Combining the nutrition plan here with physical activity is the very best way to lose weight healthfully. You can also experiment with the different routes we offer, including intermittent fasting, and see what works best for you.

Hello, I just joined and trying to navigate this program. Is the 60 days or 8 week challenge still taking place, and if so what do I need to do? I have a very important event in Oct that I need to lose as much weight has possible, my job depends on it so I need as much help as possible. What will help me to lose the most amount of inches as possible?
