Hi, 145Taylor. You can see recommendations about foods to avoid and foods to favor in the main Program Guide. You can download it through the “My Guides” link in the toolbar near the top of each site page.
In general, we recommend to avoid ultra-processed (many readymade, packaged foods), refined foods (such as white breads, pastas, rice) and those with artificial chemicals and lots of added sugar.
