Will the One and Done Program help me maintain my weight?

I am a 48 year old woman and I am looking for workouts that can help me healthily maintain my weight. I know once you start getting older, it can be hard to maintain your weight but I want to try and do it! Would doing these One and Done exercises help me with this?

The one-and-done exercises will help you maintain your weight. However, it's important to note that maintaining weight is beyond exercising. It is also about a balanced diet and your overall lifestyle habits. If you exercise often, eat well, stay hydrated, sleep well, and manage stress levels, you will be able to maintain your body weight.
