What is the best way to avoid injury while working out?

Hey ya’ll! I have a quick question about injuries while working out. I’ve been busy with the one and done workouts and was starting to get worried that I might injure myself at some point. Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid injuries while doing the workouts?

To reduce the risk of getting injured during workouts, you can

  1. Incorporate a warm-up and a cool-down session into your routine.
  2. Take adequate rest for recovery in between exercises.
  3. Start slowly and gradually build up exercise intensity.
  4. Pay attention to your body, watching out for any signs of pain as you exercise
  5. Stay hydrated.
