Is it safe to use the One and Done workout plan if I have arthritis?
Asked 2 years ago
My wife and I enjoy working out; we've always been conscious of what we eat and active. I recently discovered that I have arthritis after complaining about soreness after working out. With this condition, I want to stay active. Is it safe to exercise with the One and Done plan now that I have arthritis?

It's important to do low-impact exercises regularly if you have arthritis. Exercise does not aggravate your joint pain or stiffness. Instead, the lack of exercise can make your joints stiffer and more painful. The One and Done workout is ideal for those with arthritis as it has short, low-impact, high-intensity exercises with active rest intervals in between.
