Can the exercises in One and Done be tailored to older people?

Asked a year ago

My father is in his sixties and wants to begin his fitness journey. He intends to start working out at home before returning to the gym. I recently suggested that we try One & Done, but I'm concerned that the exercises are too complicated for his strength. Can they be adjusted to his fitness level?

Any exercise can be adjusted to age, strength, weight, etc. It can be modified to suit your father's fitness levels. The exercises are luckily very easy to follow. They are workouts are short, easy to follow, and engaging for you both. You and dad will just need 10 minutes! This includes a 2-minute warm-up to increase the breathing and heart rate, the 7-minute workout and recover cycle, followed by a 1-minute slow down. Your father will just need to start slowly and take it easy, modify any of the exercises that might feel too strenuous, but most importantly, have fun!
