Is it better to have breakfast before or after a workout?

I enjoy doing the one-and-done exercises early in the morning to start my day. I usually eat breakfast straight after my workout and I'm curious to know whether this affects my weight loss journey. Should I be eating my breakfast before or after my workout?

Go with whatever is convenient for you. When you work out before eating breakfast, you exercise in a 'fasted' state. Research shows that exercising in this state can help you lose weight more quickly. Again, the one-and-done exercises continue to affect your body even after the exercise period is over.
