Can exercise help alleviate menopause symptoms?

Asked a year ago

I want to start working out with one and done and I was curious about whether the workouts can help alleviate some of the symptoms of menopause. I’ve recently been experiencing some unpleasant symptoms. Can regular exercise help with this?

Yes, some symptoms of menopause are amenable to exercise. Apart from improving your overall physical health, exercise can help regulate hormone levels, prevent hot flashes, regulate mood, and improve your sleep. Exercise may also help limit the joint pains that are associated with menopause.
