Can exercise help with decreasing the risk of falls?
Asked 2 years ago
I’m 50 years old and I have been doing the one and done exercises regularly. I was curious about something I heard from my co-worker: Can regular exercise help decrease the risk of falls?

Exercise routines, such as the One and Done workouts, contains wonderful key exercises that can help you with balance, flexibility, and endurance, which can reduce the risk of falls. A strong core is needed for balance! Balancing exercises are wonderfully geared to work your core muscles, lower back, and legs. Exercises that focus on your lower body means that your core is being targeted. When exercising, you will notice an improved balance and a decrease in the risk of falls.
