Would working out regularly help with my sagging breasts?

At 42 I am taking more notice of my sagging breasts. I really would like to find a way to firm them up a bit without heading to the operating table! Does anyone think working out can help?

I think that working out does wonders for our bodies in general, and I will always recommend it, alongside making healthy choices for our overall health and well-being. Managing your weight and following a healthy diet can provide some improvement. Working out the muscles underneath your breasts, as well as certain pectoral, shoulder and arm muscles, you can create a bit more definition. But exercise cannot increase or decrease the amount of breast tissue you have.
