Do I need special equipment to begin the One & Done workout program?

I'm looking for a quick and easy exercise routine that I can do every day. My friend suggested I try the One and Done training program. She mentioned all of the wonderful advantages it has, which impressed me. I am curious if I can begin training or if I need special workout equipment such as weights or resistance bands.
