Can I still workout while I’m injured?

I have been doing the one and done program for a few months now and I enjoy them! I recently sustained an injury at work and I'm wondering if it's safe to continue working out while I'm recovering. It’s not a serious injury, but I don’t want to make the injury worse. My only problem is that I am scared I will lose all the progress I have made with my fitness journey. Can I still workout or should I take a break from working out altogether?

In some other cases, you may need to take a break from exercise to allow healing before resuming your workout.
