In addition to what already appears as options in your menus, any of these can be used as a snack: As far as time between meals, it depends on your comfort, though we do recommend finishing eating at least an hour before retiring for the night. If possible, it is also best to eat your meals at similar times each day. |

![]() | Hi, Oreo13. The keto diet is fundamentally very, very low in carbohydrates. It is often used by diabetics for that reason, but if your sugar levels tend to drop, you may do better with our regular low-carbohydrate route, which is a more flexible and balanced plan for diabetics. |
