Hi, My name is De’An Simpson. I just joined. I have lost 32 lbs on my own from April. I want to lose at least 28 more pounds to get to my goal weight of 150. Once there I would like to lose 20 more lbs to get to 130 so I can be at a good weight for my height.

Ruby, I just joined. I have lost 6#s in the last month on my own, just monitoring my intake. I hope to lose another 35#s! I joined to see how everyone is doing it and hope a 60-day plan can help. I turned 70 in April!

Hi, Cami527, and welcome! I highly recommend easing into things rather than jumping in head first. Make small, gradual changes, and they will be more likely to add up to something comfortable and long-term, without suffering. If you would like guidance with something specific, you can post here, and I would be happy to help however I can.
