Should I change my diet to achieve better results with the Metaboost connection system?

I just signed up for the Metaboost connection plan, and I like how it's tailored to my body. However, I haven't changed my diet to match the new program. I'm still determining which parts of my diet I should switch to get the most out of the program. Should I completely change my diet to get the best results?

It is more about including the right foods in your diet, especially the superfoods known as MetaInfluencers, to boost your metabolism and fat burning. The program also includes easy-to-do metabolic workouts and simple lifestyle changes aimed at balancing your hormones and reducing inflammation in your body.
