Hi, Jsauls. Your menu has three main meals in it, and you can swap the featured recipe for others in the pop-up list that you see when you click on the nearby edit tool (a pencil icon). You can also pick another replacement from our recipe collection – just make sure you right-size the portion to match the calories allotted to you for the meal.
For the snack, you can choose from the following alternatives:

SO, WHEN DOING MY MENU, I SEE SNACK FOR A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES, HOWEVER; YOU ONLY HAVE CHOICES ONE TIME. DOES THIS MEANS THAT I AM ONLY GETTING A SNACK ONE TIME A DAY.
