![]() | Hi, kydano. Try health-oriented stores, such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes. If all else fails, 100% whole grain bread is just fine. |
![]() | Just can’t seem to find SWG bread, people look at me like I am from outer space when I ask them for it ?????????? |
![]() | Hi, kydano. Any of the foods in the lightest blue (healthiest) will help raise your health score. |
![]() | Is there a particular item on the food list that you can suggest off-hand that will increase the health score? |
![]() | Hi, kydano. A good health score is 80 and up.Hi, Melinda. The intention is for you to eat all the food on the menu. |
![]() | Hi, kydano. A good health score is 80 and up. |
![]() | Do I just post it all here? Also, do you need the full days diet of what to eat or just the total days exchanges. |
![]() | What is a good ‘high health score’ ?? 75 and up ???? |
![]() | Hi, Melinda. As I mentioned in response to your other recent post, the diet is designed to support getting your metabolism up. If you would like recommendations for the period in which you are more sedentary, I just need your height, weight, and a sample day from your menu, and I will make recommendations. |
![]() | Can you refigure mine as well? I just posted concern about the amount of food under new user. I get no exersise. I’m at a computer all day. I quit smoking a year ago and my metabolism has shot down I’m sure. Plus, I over eat and snack since I quit smoking. I’ve only been following the program for 4 days now. I’ve not weighed but I don’t feel so bloated. However, my concern is unability to exercise for a few more weekks due to arm surgery so I worry I’m eating too much. Tahnk you. |
![]() | Hi, Lois1939. I’m hoping that your message indicates that you are not hungry on this program. I think it is great to listen to your hunger signals, and it is recommended that you don’t overdo, especially if you are not awake for the typical 16 hours per day. |
![]() | Hi, ACornuelle. You can definitely swap snacks back and forth across days and times of day. Regarding the shakes: it is ideal if you use the shakes with a source of protein (dairy/soy/hemp/goat milk or ground up seeds), and then you don’t have to add anything to make it a full snack. |
![]() | This is my third day. What if I cant eat all the meals on the daily menu.Thats a lot of food. Will I still lose weight.I had breakfast at 8 snack 10:30 lunch at 5pm snack at 8:30 then its bedtime |
![]() | Good suggestions. Would the fruit shake be used as the entire snack or just substitute for the fruit? Also, if I don’t have certain foods, can I substitute a snack from a different day? If I don’t eat something for breakfast, can I eat it later in the day? |
![]() | Hi, ACornuelle, and welcome. There are a couple of options for portable snacks. The first is snack-type foods, such as nuts, seeds, crackers and cheese slices, cut fruits and vegetables, etc. Another option is to drink your snacks – you can make shakes and hearty soups, put them in a thermos and take them with you wherever you go. Recipes are here: shakes – https://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=shake&post_type=recipe; and soups – https://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/. |
