What is monk fruit? I have asked the produce manager in the store I work at and he doesn’t know. Is it actually a fruit or just a sweetener? Don’t like the taste of stevia so opt for coconut sugar

Hi, Sharpening. That serving of wine is equal to 1 carb + 1 fat exchange, which is equal to a 2-square-inch portion of a dessert, or you can slightly increase your portion of starchy food and fat additive (such as salad dressing).

What is the substitution I daw of 120mo of red wine. What could it replace

Hi, SharpenING. Stevia is fine, as is monk fruit, erythritol, or any combination of them.

What sugar substitute can I use in my coffee? I think sweet low is bad what about Stevie or nonfiction

Hi pconlan, and welcome! If the almond milk is unsweetened, that’s absolutely fine. Note that each breakfast or morning snack will generally have a serving of dairy – either milk or yogurt – and you can use tht for your cereal.

I am just starting and have a question regarding breakfast. I have on my plan oatmeal, currants and cashews. There is no milk included, which I need to be able to eat oatmeal. My question is adding 1 cup of almond milk going to make much difference if I continue the rest of the day’s plan?

thanks so much for the update. Have been working out in the garden but that had to stop because of back issues (herniated discs, etc.) and it rained so kept me inside. Love the energy I have though. Have to stick more closely to this diet and it will work, it will work, it will work.

Hi, reenie4nier. If time is an issue, you can reduce the number of meals. Just be sure you get all of the servings of protein and produce (carbs are less important).
Additionally, physical activity is important. If you would like guidance with that, please do repost here, and I would be happy to help.

Having problems actually losing weight but love the energy. Can’t seem to have time to eat everything in the day. Could that be the proble?

Seem to be having problems actually losing qeight but I love the energy I have on this eating program. Maybe I just have to be patient but am also having problems earing all the food recommended. That could be the problem.

Hi, Cajohn. It means 6 egg whites from free-feeding chickens, plus texturizers and yellow color (generally beta-carotene, or pro-vitamin A). You can make your own by combining egg whites with aquafaba (the cooking or can liquid from chickpeas/garbanzo beans) and seasonings high in beta-carotene (such as parsley). It will be healthier, too!

Hi Just wondering does
6 small cartons of free range egg whites mean 6egg whites?
We don’t have this product in Australia.

Hi, ubaptist. 30 grams is an ounce, and 120 ml is 1/2 cup.

ubaptist 8 years ago

All right, could you please translate 30 grams and 120 ml for those who use American measures?
