Hi everyone,I am trying to follow the food plan with food that is healthy. Also have a diabetic app that I am using to keep my carbs in line. The menus seem crazy to me.I am taking them as a example and inserting foods I am familiar with.

It’s sad that you feel you have wasted your money guys. I am simply replacing what I don’t know or can’t afford with things that are more simple and affordable. It’s a challenge but I;m actually excited to be using new foods and trying different approaches. Don’t give up. Just mix it up!

Hi Kathyhudspeth post from a week ago. I just read your post your bloting (sp) may be from eating wheat porducts. When myself or my daughter eat to many bread (wheat, glutin) products we puffup like you can not believe, and are not feeling well for a while after. I would suggest cutting back on or taking out wheat and glutin (sp) items. Hope htis helps

I am on my second week of doing this program, at first I was quite sceptical, I have tried many more times, and like everyone else I had taken the weight off, but put it back on and more after a time. I find found it very difficult, I didnt really understand why I when I wasnt eating, or eating only 2 times a day, why I was still putting on the weight, since I started this 2 weeks ago, I have lost 11 lbs, and I have hope that something is now going to work. I have a long way to go, and I know that safely loosing 2 lbs a week is safe, but as long as its coming off, and not on, Im not complaining. 🙂

Today is my 1st day, seems like a lot of food to eat, but I am not hungry. Unfortunately, eating dinner out tonight has been on the calendar therefore I will have stick as close to the menu set up for me. Looking forward to getting these extra pounds off.

I’m three weeks into this diet and am convinced this is the way to go..yes there are challenges but the whole grain approach is the answer to weight loss in my opinion. I love reading the comments, positive and negative, it is encouraging and makes this online forum more personal. Good luck to all..I’m down a full size by the way and have more energy!

I have spent most of the day cooking and have a supply of food ready to be frozen. I made the Coco Banana Pancakes and they are delicious! I couldn’t get oat flour so I did as someone on here suggested. I used oats and ground them down in the food processor. Worked a treat.
