I am going on holiday with my sister and she is supporting me by following the plan as best she can. She cannot mix her proteins and carbs as it affects her IBS also she is dairy free. Can she swap about the carbs and proteins and stay healthy.

I just signed up and cannot get the menu planner to work. The Monday is good but all other days/meals say “Fish Oil?” HELP!

My challenge is working out the timing of things. I have medications I take an hour apart in the morning and again before bedtime, so it seems like I am always either eating, planning, shopping and exercising without much time for anything else.
On the plus side I have cleared cupboards, and batch and freeze or put in serving containers which helps.
