| | I just joined and am confused about the menus. In your presentation you listed 5 foods to never eat and even though I already don’t eat 4 of them, I thought maybe this is a plan I could stick to. So I joined and while starting to plan my meals, I see corn and breads of all kinds listed in the planner. What? |

I’ve tried downloading on my laptop, tablet & iphone & I keep getting my dashboard with either ‘join now’ or my weeks menu?? |

| | Hi, Wondering if you can help me understand all the exchanges and what it is we should be looking for in what food we eat. I don’t get it? I get that it changes into however many grams is in each. But I’m guessing we obviously have to be watching out for what is what? Such as maybe to eat less carbs? Not sure how this works or if we have to count it? |

| | Hi, I am very new to this way of eating. I am finding the menu planner is too much food. So I don’t always eat everything that’s on it. There seems to be a lot of whole grain bread included. In the morning my husband and I have always started off with a smoothy and I am wondering if I am getting too much fruit that way. We include a banana, frozen berries, almond milk (unsweetend) plain yogurt, celery, spinanch and protein powder. By the time I get to work an 1.5 hrs has gone by and I have a medium coffee with cream. At this point I eat either a boiled egg or half a english muffin with riccotta cheese and a sprinkle of cinnamon. That’s it until lunch. Now is this way too much or is it okay? Help! |
| | I’ve noticed since beginning TDC that I’m having trouble sleeping. Could it be from the high protein each day? If so, what would be your recommendation? Thanks! Ginny |
